Many of our rebuilt machines include a wide variety of new more accurate options. New components start with the New Powerful Oi-MF FANUC CNC 4 axis controller. With 8 Nm of Torque on the X, Y and Z axis motors this makes the rebuilt Mti MSS-816 a complete power house packed in a small package.
The New Industrial PC’s with Windows Embedded Standard Platform and a USB 2.0 High Speed Digital Camera connected to a Powerful Vision System with Edge and Pattern Recognition Integrated to the Fanuc CNC makes the Machine and Vision System Extremely Reliable.
New Linear Rails, Ball Screws and Ball Screw Support Bearing Packs drastically increase accuracy and repeatability. New Digital Spindle Drive with 20 Amps continuous 40 Amps Peak has enormous power to cut a wide range of parts. Real time Digital feedback to the CNC allows the Programmer to store Spindle Load Readings during cutting for optimized process performance and control.
New +/- 5 Degree Alignment table including a Highly Accurate Direct Digital Scale Feedback for Real Time Position to the CNC allows for Fast Accurate Vision Alignment while also holding tight position during the cutting phase.
New 9” Rotary Table with 360 degrees of Rotation including a Highly Accurate Direct Digital Scale Feedback for Real Time Position to the CNC allows for Fast Accurate Vision Alignment while also holding tight position during the cutting phase.
